The conditions governing your use of the Texasolar website and the commercial relationships originated through it.

1. Operator

The website at texasolar.com(the “Site”) is operated by Tx Solar Lagf, a company headquartered at 1717, Ste. 115 · The Woodlands, TX 77380, trading commercially as Texasolar. The legal representative is Luis Angel Gutierrez.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

3. No binding offer

Information on this Site (including pricing references, capacity figures, partner brands and project descriptions) is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or commitment to supply equipment, services or capital. Any commercial relationship is governed exclusively by the written quotation, purchase order or contract executed between Tx Solar Lagf and the counterparty.

4. Intellectual property

The Texasolar name, logo, brand assets and Site content (including copy, graphics, illustrations and source code) are the property of Tx Solar Lagf or its licensors. Brand names and logos of third-party manufacturers (including JA Solar, Jinko Solar, Canadian Solar, Growatt and others) belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to identify products carried by Texasolar under authorized distribution arrangements.

Except for personal, non-commercial browsing, no part of this Site may be reproduced, distributed or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Project pipeline figures

References to a 100+ MW pipeline reflect projects in which Tx Solar Lagf has a commercial role spanning equipment supply, project brokerage, EPC management or co-development. Specific sponsor names, exact capacities and expected commercial-operation dates are confidential and are subject to change as projects advance, consolidate or are reassigned.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the information will be error-free or uninterrupted. Customers must rely on signed quotations and contracts — not Site content — for any procurement, financing or engineering decision.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tx Solar Lagf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our maximum aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to USD $100.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The state and federal courts located in Harris County and Montgomery County, Texas, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
