  • Contact data (email address, phone number, country).
  • Project data you voluntarily share for quoting purposes (size, location, timing).
  • Technical data automatically collected (IP address, browser, basic analytics).

3. How we use it

We process information you provide to:

  • Respond to commercial inquiries and produce equipment quotes.
  • Evaluate project submissions and origination opportunities.
  • Send transactional communications related to a request you initiated.
  • Comply with applicable accounting, tax and trade regulations across the jurisdictions in which we operate.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

4. Sharing

We may share information with carefully selected partners strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your request — for example tier-1 manufacturers, freight forwarders and customs brokers when a quote requires confirmation from a supplier. All such partners are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

5. International transfers

Texasolar operates across Mexico, the United States, Panama and the Caribbean. Information may be transferred between these jurisdictions to fulfil contractual obligations. We apply the same standard of protection regardless of where the data is processed.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed to satisfy the purpose for which it was collected, plus the period required by applicable law (typically 5–10 years for commercial and tax records).

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data by writing to legal@texasolar.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by the applicable regulation in your jurisdiction (LFPDPPP in Mexico, applicable US state laws, Law 81 of 2019 in Panama, and equivalent Caribbean data-protection regimes).
