Building the supply chain that the Americas' energy transition deserves.
Texasolar is the commercial brand of Tx Solar Lagf. We started this company because the gap between tier-1 module factories and the developers building real projects across Mexico, the United States, Panama and the Caribbean was wider than it should be. Texasolar closes that gap.
Move solar at the speed it's needed.
The hardware is ready. Capital is ready. The bottleneck is logistics, paperwork and trust. We treat that bottleneck as the product.
Operate as one team
Trading desk, project floor and logistics under one roof — no handoffs, no blame.
Tier-1 only
We refuse to sell anything our team wouldn't put on the roof of our own home.
Local presence
People on the ground in Texas, Mexico, Panama and the Caribbean — not phone reps in another time zone.
Bilingual by default
Every contract, datasheet and call in English or Spanish. No translation lag.
If a customer can't bank it, we don't sell it.
Every module on our PO has BNEF tier-1 status. Every inverter has local RMA support. Every container ships with original mill certs and factory warranty registered to your company name — not ours.

Luis Angel Gutierrez has spent more than 15 years inside the electric and energy sector — starting on the conventional power side, where he built his reputation managing wholesale equipment flows, distribution networks and large industrial accounts across Mexico and the southern United States.
Over the last 5 years he has dedicated himself to solar full-time: developing utility-scale and commercial projects, structuring distribution agreements with tier-1 manufacturers, and moving modules, inverters and storage at container scale into Mexico, the United States and the Caribbean basin.
Under his leadership, Tx Solar Lagf has grown a 100+ MW pipeline of greenfield, mid-stage and ready-to-build projects, while standing up bonded inventory in Texas and Panama to compress lead times for developers and EPCs across the region.
A young company with a serious pipeline.
Tx Solar Lagf is already engaged on more than 100 MW of project pipeline across the four markets we serve.
